Save What You Find on the Web

While researching, you may find a page you do not need to read right away but want to revisit. If you leave the tab open or save only the URL somewhere else, it is easy to forget why it mattered. With the Accelflow Space Web Clipper*, you can keep the page and your own thoughts together.

1. Capture the article or just the text you need

For example, when looking for material for a new project, open an interesting page in Google Chrome. Open Web Clipper without selecting any text to automatically extract the article body when it can be read. If you only want to keep a particular passage, select it before opening Web Clipper.

2. Add a note and tags before saving

In Web Clipper, review the page title, URL, and extracted article body or selected text. Write a note about why you saved it, such as “Share this at the next project meeting,” and add tags to make it easier to find. It saves to your personal Space Inbox by default, but you can also save it to a shared Workspace.

3. Return to the saved note

Later, open Space to see the page title, URL, article body or selected text, and your note together. Use the tags and your note to find the information you want for the project meeting.
