Publish a Support Site Anyone Can Access
When you explain how to use your product or answer the same questions one request at a time, customers have to wait and your support team repeats the same guidance. With Accelflow Space, you can create a support site that anyone can read without signing in.
1. Create a Workspace for support content
For example, when launching a new service, create a “Product Support” Workspace. Set its visibility to public so visitors can access the site without signing in. Manage the people who create and edit articles as Workspace members, while customers see the content you publish.
2. Organize FAQs and how-to guides
Start with articles that answer frequent questions, such as “Create an account,” “Complete the initial setup,” and “View an invoice.” Explain procedures with headings and images, and organize related FAQs so readers can move on to a detailed guide when they need one.
You can publish an article while editing it, or take a more deliberate approach to customer-facing information: review its content and links before publishing it as a release. This lets you prepare the next changes while keeping the current guidance available.
3. Share the site's URL with customers
After publishing, check that the support site opens in a browser where you are signed out. Link to its URL from your product or customer emails so people can read FAQs and guides whenever they need them. When the information changes, update the articles and publish the reviewed content in the next release.
The site is available on a public domain provided by Accelflow Space, and you can also run it on your own custom domain.
By giving customers a place to resolve common questions without signing in, you help them move on to their next step on their own.
